Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange*. All merchandise must be in salable condition.

Return by Mail

For U.S. Domestic Returns to Luxtrada.com, contact Customer Service (info@luxtrada.com) for a Prepaid Fedex Return Label 

  • Affix the Prepaid Fedex domestic return label to the shipping box and retain the bottom portion of the label with the tracking number.

  • Take your package to a Fedex location. Locations include Fedex Stores, Fedex drop boxes, Fedex customer centers and authorized retail outlets. You can find your closest Fedex location.

  • Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of return package.

International Returns

  • Please ship your package via an insured, traceable means (ex. UPS, FedEx, USPS).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and duties. 

  • Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of return package.

*Returns and exchanges are subject to RMA approval. Luxtrada reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy at any time. If we determine that a buyer account was used to engage in fraud or other illegal activity, we may permanently withhold payments.
